If you fancy a little stroll, a visit to Schmallenberg's old town is well worth it.

The Oststraße and Weststraße are particularly charming – two of the main streets, perfect for a stroll with their small shops, cafes, and lovingly maintained half-timbered houses. Here, you can leisurely browse from shop to shop, with plenty of opportunities to pause along the way.

The Schützenplatz is also a lovely spot to linger. It opens up the view and adds a pleasant tranquility to your walk through the town.

I recommend simply letting yourself wander and soaking in the atmosphere – without any rush.
