Three certified premium trails start right nearby

Our hotel is located directly on three certified hiking trails: the Kahler Astensteig, the Antoniussteig, and the Schwedensteig. Each of these trails carries a quality seal and stands for diverse landscapes, good signage, and an immersive nature experience.

The Kahler Astensteig is a challenging circular route leading up to arguably the region's most famous peak. Over approximately 16 kilometers, you'll experience expansive views, high heathlands, and the source of the Lenne – one of the most beautiful hikes in the Sauerland. More information here

The Antoniussteig is a bit more tranquil and moderate. At about 10 kilometers, it's ideal for a relaxed half-day hike through forests and open landscapes. More information here
